Define validation scope, success criteria, evidence requirements, and repeatability expectations. Build, configure, test, and troubleshoot complex lab environments reflecting real customer deployment scenarios. Partner with product managers, architects, and field teams to ensure validation outcomes are technically credible. Identify integration gaps, product limitations, and readiness concerns early. Produce clear technical evidence, lab notes, configuration artifacts, and documentation inputs. Mentor developing TMEs and external partner resources.
