Responsibilities
Manage channel partners through the integration process by educating their project teams on business, technical, accounting, and legal requirements. Collaborate with regional sales teams to establish integration timelines and manage expectations. Conduct workshops with select partners to facilitate discussions around implementing the program into their business. Provide consultation on scalable system and process design to maximize efficiency. Interface between partner technical teams and Apple IS&T teams to provide project management support and assist with go-live issues. Drive internal schedules with cross-functional partners by providing regular project status updates and collaborating on worldwide system improvements.
