Interface with Foundry, OSAT, and System Integrators to drive execution; Solve complex problems under ramp pressure (excursions, bottlenecks, supply constraints); Influence program decisions with data-driven insights; Execute and debug ATE test programs at Wafer and Package Level; Translate silicon specs into robust test coverage; Lead yield ramp from NPI to HVM including yield monitoring and excursion management; Drive structured failure analysis and RMA feedback loops; Optimize test time and cost efficiency; Establish production system frameworks; Identify and eliminate scale-induced failure modes; Leverage data analytics/telemetry for real-time decision making
