## About the role - Work with team leaders on key programs and strategic initiatives to develop clarity on engagement scope and deliverables. - Establish a results-oriented, metrics-driven programmatic approach to deliver strategic initiatives. - Act as a subject matter expert, driving assessments in collaboration with other teams, conducting competitive analyses, financial modeling and examining customer and technology-related industry trends, as well as industry-specific requirements/regulations and opportunities. - Define best practices for business cases that drive long-term, integrated, cross-business solutions and roadmaps that improve business performance and mitigate risk, while driving innovation and collaboration with key suppliers to enable growth and scale. - Determine and lead large scale process improvements to quickly scope insights. - Drive simplification and automation to evolve processes, services, and solutions, to increase agility and efficiencies and lower costs. - Lead the tracking, coordination, and communication of end-to-end project schedules and plans. - Establish and monitor processes, while driving accountability with stakeholders to follow the established schedule and processes. - Demonstrates flexibility working with a global team, including a small core team based in Redmond, WA (USA). ## Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 6+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement OR equivalent experience. - These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings: 6+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. - Experience working within a business development organization is a plus. ## What we offer - This position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
