Cloud Operations Program Manager

## About the role * Execute operational processes supporting AI Partner Customers and Custom Cloud motions with a focus on accuracy and timeliness * Manage and help resolve pre- and post-sales escalations by coordinating with stakeholders * Follow established processes to ensure consistent and compliant transaction execution * Identify and surface process gaps or inefficiencies based on day-to-day execution * Document workflows, known issues, and resolutions to support knowledge sharing * Apply compliance controls within all transactional activities * Utilize reporting and basic analytics to track and manage transactional performance ## Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Finance, or related field AND 2+ years of experience in program management, process management, or process improvement * Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, influence stakeholders without direct authority, and drive alignment across teams * Experience designing, implementing, and scaling process improvements, operational frameworks, and transformation initiatives * Exposure to AI-enabled process enhancements and data-driven optimization approaches * Process design, change management, and execution capabilities * Advanced analytical skills with experience leveraging SQL, KQL, or similar tools to drive business insights and decision-making * Experience working with Azure usage data, cloud consumption models, and cloud transactional processes * Financial and business acumen, including the ability to assess transaction, operational, and revenue impacts * Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at multiple organizational levels * Proven ability to operate effectively in complex and ambiguous environments while driving structured, measurable outcomes
