Responsibilities
Partner with engineering leads to understand squad architecture and build plans reflecting system behavior; Own planning and delivery for complex, multi-team programs including scope, sequencing, and dependencies; Identify technical risks early (scaling limits, failure modes) and drive mitigation; Participate in design reviews to surface gaps in rollout plans and fault tolerance; Drive launch readiness and safe rollout including staged releases and rollback plans; Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders with clear status updates; Work with Data, Product, and Engineering leads to define and track success metrics; Partner with SRE to build visibility into system health; Coordinate with Supply and Data Center teams on capacity changes; Run post-launch and post-incident reviews.
