Solutions Architecture Manager (AI Business Solutions)

## About the role * Apply customer and partner insights to shape project definition, execution, and growth opportunities. * Build networks that increase influence, remove blockers, and bring in broader perspectives. ## Architecture Design and Deployment * Ensure teams can articulate the AI and agentic value proposition, ROI, cost implications, pricing assumptions, and operational impact of the solution to customers and stakeholders. * Guide teams in translating customer requirements, constraints, and regulatory considerations into clear, traceable architecture decisions. * Manages team-level financial performance, including utilization, engagement margin, and profitability, within budget and with sound risk management. * Contributes to forecasting and business reviews (e.g., utilization, consumption, delivery health), providing accurate signals to the Consulting Practice Lead. ## Coach * Set clear objectives, enable cross-boundary success, and help the team learn and adapt. ## Care * Attract, retain, and grow talent by understanding individual strengths and aspirations. * Create clarity, empower ownership, and reinforce accountability across the team. * Bring the team along the AI First journey by building confidence, adoption, and practical capability. ## Requirements * Passion for AI and an AI-first mindset, with experience leveraging AI tools to enhance day-to-day operations, customer impact, and business outcomes. * Extensive experience designing, advising on, and delivering AI-enabled business solutions. * Proven track record leading architecture teams, setting technical direction, ensuring solution quality, and driving successful delivery of complex, enterprise-scale transformation programmes. * Proven ability to lead architecture design, governance, and complex solution delivery. * Experience in pre-sales and/or sales roles, with a proven track record of driving customer outcomes and business growth. * Proven people management experience, including leading, coaching, and developing teams of solution architects and technical specialists. * Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
