Responsibilities
Triage incoming claims and ensure new claims are accurately set up on a daily basis, Complete timely claim setup for multiple insurers and branches across Canada while following established operational guidelines, Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers and coordinate with other departments to address client needs, Perform data integrity activities, including daily opened-claim reporting, SLA reviews, and catastrophe-related data checks, Operate RPA processes and collaborate with IT to ensure automated workflows and related system components are functioning properly, Assist with training new hires and other internal customers on relevant processes and systems
