Act as Single Point of Entry for national and international key accounts; Monitor supply chain and ensure SOP compliance; Control order intake and defined work processes; Record, maintain, and transfer shipment data into internal systems; Provide daily customer service including claims processing; Ensure on-time pickups and deliveries; Perform IT-supported proactive shipment tracking; Create and prepare KPIs, reports, and analyses.
