Paid Social Media Manager

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and strategic Paid Social Media Manager to join our team! ## Responsibilities - Lead the day-to-day management and strategic direction of the Paid Social team. - Own performance across all paid social acquisition channels. - Launch, optimize, and scale campaigns focused on Leads, FTDs, CPA, ROAS, and LTV. - Work hands-on inside ad platforms including: - Meta Ads Manager - Tik Tok Ads Manager - Telegram Ads Manager - X Ads - Develop testing frameworks for creatives, funnels, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages. - Collaborate closely with creative, compliance, and product teams. - Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights using data. - Monitor tracking accuracy, attribution models, and pixel implementation. - Mentor and manage paid social specialists within the team. - Stay updated on platform changes, compliance requirements, and industry trends within forex/CFD marketing. - Identify new growth opportunities and emerging acquisition channels. This person will be reporting to the Performance Marketing Team Leader. ## Requirements - BSc/BA in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field. - 3–4+ years of hands-on Paid Social experience within the forex/CFD industry. - Proven experience managing high-budget performance campaigns. - Strong understanding of trader acquisition funnels and lead quality optimization. - Deep expertise in Meta advertising and strong experience with other social platforms. - Experience optimizing toward CPA, FTDs, ROAS, and retention metrics. - Strong analytical mindset. - Experience working with analytical tools like Power BI, Looker Studio, Google Analytics & Excel/Spreadsheets. - Experience working with tracking tools, attribution platforms, and analytics solutions like Google Tag Manager. - Ability to lead, coach, and develop a performance-driven team. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Fluent in English. ## What we offer - Hybrid Work Model (2 days working from home) - Monthly Wolt Vouchers - Comprehensive Health & Life Insurance - Provident Fund (Upon completion of the trial period) - Summer Short Fridays (August) - Additional Paid Annual Leave (up to 30 days, based on years of service) - Birthday Leave - Training & Education Allowance - Udemy Business access - Gym Membership - Referral Bonus Program - Additional Support - Visa Sponsorship and Relocation Assistance
