Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Master Test Strategies, Test Plans, and testing schedules; Define testing approaches, scope, resource requirements, risks, and quality objectives; Establish and maintain requirements traceability matrices (RTMs); Lead end-to-end testing activities across all project phases; Assess software quality risks and provide recommendations regarding production readiness; Collaborate with development teams and vendors to ensure timely defect resolution; Lead and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions; Monitor and report on quality metrics, test progress, defect trends, and overall testing outcomes; Drive continuous improvement initiatives through automated testing tools and standardised QA frameworks; Manage test environments and test data readiness.
