Responsibilities
Oversee production operations at the contract manufacturing site to ensure compliance with process standards and product specifications. Lead the implementation of Yield improvement activities and production capacity scale up. Monitor production KPIs, identify process deviations, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Work closely with the contract manufacturer to implement and sustain process improvements. Serve as the technical point of contact between the contract manufacturer and the headquarters team. Conduct audits, process validations, and risk assessments as required. Support knowledge transfer, documentation, and training related to new or revised processes.
