Learn more about us on our YouTube Channel or Blog Posts ## Who You Are HighLevel is seeking a Sr. Strategic Finance Manager to primarily serve as the finance partner for our Revenue and Marketing functions, developing analytical and financial frameworks to influence decision making for our most business-critical growth questions. You will partner directly with senior business leaders to help inform resource allocation, define operational and financial KPIs, own key inputs to revenue modeling, and proactively identify opportunities to drive growth or improve profitability. We are looking for someone who brings a blend of strategic finance, growth analytics, and GTM fluency — and thrives at the intersection of data, storytelling, and decision support. We are seeking a candidate with a diverse FP&A partnering background. You are strong in financial data analytics and have experience building a bottoms-up financial model as you are presenting a recommendation to a C-suite audience. You will report directly to the Director of Strategic Finance (GTM).
