Requirements:
We need a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related discipline. We require 3 to 5+ years of professional software development experience in a comparable position. We are looking for strong hands-on experience with modern .NET and C#, including the ability to build strict RESTful APIs; experience with FastEndpoints is a strong advantage. We need solid knowledge of SQL Server and ORM tools such as Entity Framework Core, including experience building and maintaining read-model caches alongside external systems of record. We expect proficiency with modern front-end development, especially Angular with Signals and zoneless change detection, plus styling frameworks such as Tailwind CSS and Material Design. We value excellent analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking abilities. We need someone who can work independently, take full ownership of tasks, and adapt confidently in fast-moving environments. Preferred experience includes object-oriented development, design patterns, and class-based design. Preferred experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. Preferred background in SaaS, enterprise software, or multi-tenant architectures. Preferred practical experience with message bus patterns, CQRS, and outbox/inbox messaging. Preferred experience working with AI coding assistants or integrating large language models into development workflows. Preferred familiarity with high-performance mapping tools, API gateways, and complex third-party API integrations.
Responsibilities:
We design, build, enhance, and maintain major features across our core software platforms. We take ownership of work from concept through deployment, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with our architectural standards. We develop high-quality, testable, and well-documented code across the full stack. We collaborate on complex features, integrations, APIs, and database structures. We build resilient event-driven background processes, side effects, and multi-step sagas using messaging frameworks. We create APIs using Vertical Slice Architecture and the REPR pattern, leveraging FastEndpoints where appropriate. We incorporate AI development tools and agents into our daily workflow to accelerate coding, debugging, and test creation while preserving quality. We participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback while upholding coding standards. We work in an Agile Scrum environment and deliver against project schedules and deadlines. We partner with product owners, designers, and developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. We solve complex technical problems and apply strong analytical thinking to daily work. We maintain accurate documentation throughout the software development lifecycle. We help improve application performance, reliability, and security. We build our expertise in customizing and supporting our ERP system and other core technologies. We mentor junior developers and share best practices for clean code and effective delivery.
