Requirements:
We require an active Top Secret clearance to begin work. We can only consider U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents due to government contract requirements. We are looking for a bachelors degree in Business, Public Administration, Finance, or a related discipline. We need at least 5 years of experience in program management, financial operations, or administrative support in a government or defense setting. We value direct experience with Army Support Agreements, including 7600A and 7600B documentation. We expect experience reviewing agreements for accuracy, compliance, audit readiness, and policy alignment. We need strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel for tracking and reporting. We look for experience working with cross-functional partners such as legal, program, and HQ teams. We prefer experience building trackers, dashboards, and leadership status reports. We want someone who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. We require strong communication, organization, and customer service abilities. We prefer experience supporting or implementing G-Invoicing processes. We value familiarity with ASA (ALT) and FM&C policies and procedures. We look for experience preparing executive-level briefings and reports. We expect knowledge of federal financial management and reimbursable agreement processes. We require candidates to meet Cherokee Federal pre-employment qualification standards.
Responsibilities:
We review, edit, and track Army Support Agreements such as 7600A and 7600B for accuracy and compliance. We ensure agreements align with fiscal law, Army policy, and audit readiness standards. We coordinate requirements and prepare support agreement documentation. We facilitate approval workflows with legal, Program Management, and headquarters stakeholders. We monitor agreements against ASA (ALT) and FM&C policies and thresholds. We maintain trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools in Excel and Office 365. We support the implementation and execution of G-Invoicing processes. We track timelines to help ensure agreements are approved before mission or event execution. We prepare charts and briefing materials for leadership on status, risks, and milestones. We communicate and coordinate with internal teams, external customers, agencies, and contractors. We build and sustain relationships with project managers and stakeholders to support smooth execution. We contribute to process improvements and standardization of support agreement practices. We perform other related duties as assigned.
