Responsibilities
Lead the Australia system implementation including planning, requirements gathering, testing, data validation, cutover, and go-live; Support UAT and parallel testing for the U.S. and Canada; Partner with Technical and IT teams to build and implement global integrations; Collaborate with HR, Finance, Benefits, Technical, IT, and external vendors to maintain data accuracy; Assist with migrating and validating data from legacy payroll systems; Develop and document payroll processes, policies, and controls to support compliance; Drive adoption of new technology, systems, and processes through change management, training, and stakeholder engagement; Prepare and present regular project updates and payroll reports to senior leadership
