Responsibilities
Lead teams responsible for building and supporting the onsite cloud data center, manage the physical site and oversee a multi-disciplined environment, support and manage 20+ data center technicians and leaders, oversee day-to-day support operations in a 24/7 mission-critical environment, coordinate installation work, field change orders, and hardware break/fix activity, ensure services and tasks are delivered on time and meet milestones and customer KPIs, work across functions and teams such as Engineering, Build, Site Selection, and Business Operations, respond to and manage incidents, drive resolution, and complete after-action analysis, oversee capacity expansion at all scales including rack and block additions, drive local recruitment for future hires, help create an environment focused on continuous improvement, collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, product management, and other key partners
