Salary: $187,400 - 312,400 per year
Requirements:

We look for a demonstrated track record of defining and executing enterprise technology roadmaps. We require excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills. We prefer experience working in Agile and SAFe environments. TOGAF or an equivalent enterprise architecture certification is preferred. We require a bachelors degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. A masters degree in a related discipline is preferred. Cloud architecture or related professional certification is preferred.
Responsibilities:
We represent the Enterprise Applications organization in the Enterprise Architecture Council and other governance forums. We define, maintain, and enforce architectural standards, principles, reference architectures, and best practices across enterprise applications. We lead cross-functional architecture reviews and design decisions to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions. We create target-state architectures and technology roadmaps that support business and digital transformation goals. We work closely with business stakeholders and technology leaders to align application strategy with organizational objectives. We provide architectural direction for modernization, cloud adoption, AI-enabled automation, platform consolidation, and SaaS transformation. We ensure strong integration and interoperability across enterprise platforms and business capabilities. We assess emerging technologies and recommend options that improve business results, operational efficiency, and customer experience. We lead architecture across supply chain, finance, human resources, CRM, procurement, and contract lifecycle management domains. We design and govern cross-platform integrations involving SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, Salesforce, PeopleSoft, and contract lifecycle management solutions. We establish architecture patterns, integration frameworks, API strategies, and data exchange standards. We ensure enterprise applications meet scalability, resilience, performance, compliance, and security expectations. We lead business capability mapping and end-to-end process architecture initiatives across functional areas. We partner with business and technology teams to define strategic technology roadmaps and investment priorities. We provide architecture oversight for transformation programs, cloud migrations, ERP initiatives, platform upgrades, and modernization efforts. We support portfolio prioritization through architecture assessments, technology rationalization, and solution evaluation. We establish governance processes so projects align with enterprise standards and strategic goals. We drive adoption of enterprise architecture methods, tools, and model-based architecture practices. We act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and executive stakeholders. We present architecture strategies, technology recommendations, and investment proposals to executive teams. We facilitate decision-making among technical and business stakeholders by balancing risk, cost, complexity, and business value. We influence strategic technology direction through data-driven recommendations and measurable outcomes.
