Principal Product Manager

## About the role Textla is revolutionizing the communication space. We are the first outbound operating system for SMS, allowing enterprise brands to leverage an AI first infrastructure to deliver campaigns at scale. We are scaling quickly in a massive market. This is a rare opportunity to join an early-stage startup with meaningful traction, top-tier investors, and a small team moving fast. ## Responsibilities - Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Textla's product. - Work closely with engineering and design to scope, build, launch, and iterate quickly. - Identify the highest-leverage product opportunities. - Bring strong product judgment to undefined problems. - Speak directly with customers and transform what you learn into clear product direction. - Utilize AI tools to prototype ideas and improve how the team builds. ## Requirements - 6+ years of product management experience in early-stage (pre-seed to Series A) startups. - Strong technical experience or CS degree equivalent. - Experience building 0→1 products and scaling existing products. - Strong customer empathy and excellent product judgment. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - High ownership, low ego, and a bias toward shipping. ## Who we're looking for You are an A-tier product builder. You are hands-on, sharp, and customer-obsessed.
