Responsibilities
Define scope, timelines, budgets, resource plans, and governance structures across linked programs; drive execution using Agile, hybrid, or waterfall methods; ensure compliance with SDLC processes and regulatory requirements (GxP); break down complex business and technical problems and develop solution options; negotiate and secure resources across functions and programs; coordinate integration across related programs; oversee implementation and enhancement of advanced planning systems; partner with business stakeholders to align IT solutions with supply chain strategy; drive system integration across ERP platforms and external partners; act as primary liaison between business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors; manage system integrators and technology partners; provide executive-level reporting on program status, risks, and mitigation; negotiate priorities, funding, and deliverables with senior leadership; serve as escalation point and decision authority for program conflicts; contribute to the supply chain planning technology roadmap; transition projects into steady-state operations; oversee post-go-live stabilization and performance optimization; identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction; proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks; manage forecasting, budgeting, and financial tracking; develop and assess alternative solutions to complex program challenges; mentor junior program managers and workstream leads
