## About the role
* Develop and drive the vision and future state process & systems roadmap with clear articulation of business impact, success metrics, and KPIs
* Program-manage the deployment and adoption of new supply chain capabilities and processes including change management to create and maintain alignment
* Partner with business and engineering teams to define requirements, drive prioritization of work, delivery schedules and resource plans
* Define program scope, schedules, issues, and risks, and conduct program status reviews with key stakeholders and senior leadership

## Requirements
* Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and working across functions to deliver program outcomes
* OR Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and working across functions to deliver program outcomes
* OR equivalent experience.
* These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings:
* Hands-on experience in supply chain transformation strategies, digital transformation, process reengineering, and/or major systems deployments
* Understanding of process engineering and software development lifecycle, including gathering, analyzing, and defining business and functional requirements
* Written and verbal communication skills, with ability to create and deliver executive communications on complex solutions
* Demonstrated ability to influence diverse technical and non-technical groups, spanning all organizational levels in a highly matrixed environment
* Hands-on experience with AI tools & technologies such as Copilot and Vibe Coding
* SAP proficiency a plus
* Knowledge of supply chain management, demand & supply planning, procurement processes, planning and/or hardware service models
* Understanding of cloud infrastructure and datacenter technologies and operations
* Program Management and/or Change Management certification, e.g., PMP, Prosci CSCP #CSCPJobs

## What we offer
* The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $97,600 - $188,400 per year.
* There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $125,000 - $206,400 per year.
* Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
