Responsibilities
Assess multi-procurement supply chain models and identify best logistics network solutions; design scalable logistics approaches for hyper-scale growth; lead implementation and delivery of complex logistics solutions; maintain financial control and visibility across transcontinental, parcel, warehousing, and freight spend; analyze supplier charges, rates, surcharges, volumes, and service mix to uncover variances and cost leakage; reconcile invoices and identify recovery, savings, and renegotiation opportunities; provide recurring reporting and scenario analysis on trends, exceptions, financial exposure, and corrective actions; review and approve supplier quotations against agreed tariffs, service requirements, and contractual terms; benchmark supplier rates across lanes, modes, and services to assess competitiveness; develop and maintain SOWs, SOPs, and contractual frameworks for key freight suppliers; drive consistent commercial and operating standards across multiple providers; coordinate initiatives across a multi-supplier supply chain; lead and align quarterly business reviews across suppliers.
