## About the role Drive end-to-end supply planning strategies that optimize inventory, capacity, cost, service levels, and customer satisfaction. ## Program Leadership * Develop and execute mitigation strategies addressing supply, operational, and supplier risks while strengthening business continuity and resiliency. * Partner across engineering, sourcing, logistics, procurement, finance, and operations teams to deliver scalable supply chain solutions. ## Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field AND 7+ years supply planning, operations, supply chain, indirect supply planning, technology-related supply chain, sourcing and manufacturing, Sales & Operations Planning, materials requirement planning systems and tools, quantitative & qualitative analysis in cross functional or organizational enterprise environment, or related experience * OR Master's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field AND 5+ years supply planning, operations, supply chain, indirect supply planning, technology-related supply chain, sourcing and manufacturing, Sales & Operations Planning, materials requirement planning systems and tools, quantitative & qualitative analysis in cross functional or organizational enterprise environment, or related experience * OR equivalent experience. * These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings: * Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years of experience in supply chain management, technical program management, or related field, with exposure to hardware infrastructure or data center operations * 3+ years managing cross-functional programs across supply chain, engineering, and vendor organizations * Experience supporting new product introduction or hardware readiness programs with shifting timelines * Familiarity with BOM development, purchase order management, and supplier qualification processes * Experience coordinating across systems integration, procurement, and logistics partners to deliver program milestones * Track record of managing multiple concurrent workstreams with predictable outcomes * Ability to communicate effectively and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences * Experience with data tools and dashboards to monitor program performance and surface risks ## Nice to have * Certification in Six Sigma, PMP, or equivalent process improvement methodology
