Power Platform AI Engineer

Salary: $100,000 - 140,000 per year
Requirements:
We need 5+ years of experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate Cloud Flows, Power BI, and Dataverse. We need 5+ years of experience designing and delivering business process automation, low-code solutions, or similar work. We need at least 1 year of experience building conversational agents and automation solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio. We need at least 1 year of experience using AI productivity tools, such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini, with the ability to assess and validate AI-generated outputs when needed. We need at least 1 year of experience working with agentic coding tools, such as Claude Code or OpenAI Codex, to improve automation, workflow development, and coding efficiency. We need the ability to work PST hours. We need a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent mix of education and hands-on experience. Preferred: Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL-200) certification or another relevant credential. Preferred: Practical experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations and building agent-based or LLM-driven workflows. Preferred: Experience in financial services environments. Preferred: Strong collaboration, interpersonal, analytical, and documentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical and business information clearly.
Responsibilities:
We will design and build automation solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate Cloud flows, and Dataverse. We will develop low-code business process automations that streamline manual work. We will create conversational agents and related automation experiences using Microsoft Copilot Studio. We will apply AI-powered tools to support productivity, workflow development, and coding tasks. We will collaborate with non-technical business users to convert manual processes into efficient automated solutions. We will help define and support Power Platform governance practices, including environments, DLP policies, and solution-based ALM. We will partner with business teams and stakeholders to drive adoption and support for automation initiatives across the organization. We will document solutions clearly and communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
