## About the role We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer/Analyst to join our team. As a Power BI Developer/Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions using Power BI. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design data models, develop reports and dashboards, and provide insights that drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. ## Responsibilities - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights and visualizations. - Develop and maintain data models and datasets to support reporting and analysis needs. - Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy and integrity. - Implement data governance and security best practices within Power BI solutions. - Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure the effective use of Power BI. - Stay current with Power BI features and updates and recommend best practices for adoption. ## Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - Proven experience in developing business intelligence solutions using Power BI. - Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling concepts. - Experience with data visualization best practices and techniques. - Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills. - At Least 2 year of Experience. ## Nice to have - Experience with other BI tools such as Tableau, QlikView, or MicroStrategy. - Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. - Experience with Azure data services such as Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Analysis Services. ## What we offer - Job Type: Full-time - Schedule: Day shift - Work Location: In person ## About the company Mumbai candidates only apply.
