## About the role
We are looking for a Power Platform Engineer with 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Pages, and will be responsible for developing, testing, and supporting business applications and automation solutions.
The candidate will work closely with Technical Leads, Architects, Business Analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions while following development best practices and Agile methodologies.
## Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps).
- Build and maintain workflows, approvals, and automation solutions using Power Automate.
- Develop and configure Power Pages portals based on business requirements.
- Configure and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, security roles, and business rules.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft and third-party applications using connectors and APIs.
- Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to solution development.
- Support testing, bug fixing, enhancements, and application maintenance activities.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.
- Collaborate with developers, Technical Leads, Architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
## Required Skills & Qualifications
### Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
### Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Experience developing applications using Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Experience working with Dataverse and Power Platform security concepts.
- Exposure to Power Pages development and configuration.
- Experience working in Agile Scrum teams.

- Basic understanding of AI Builder, Copilot Studio, or Generative AI technologies.
- Experience working on customer-facing enterprise applications.
