Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities; Support day-to-day operational reporting and track key metrics, SLAs, and performance indicators; Use SQL to extract data for reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis; Translate insights into clear, structured presentations for leadership and business teams; Collaborate with operations, program, and business teams to understand processes and pain points; Recommend and support process improvements using data-backed insights; Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of operational reports; Assist in documenting processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
