Responsibilities
Write SQL queries to access and manipulate member, claim, and provider data; develop new reports and templates using data mining techniques; support dashboard data collection and governance; prepare executive summaries highlighting key insights and business impact; monitor and analyze utilization, quality, and expense data to identify improvement areas; develop and maintain data quality control processes; serve as a point of contact for audit processes; present findings and recommendations to business stakeholders; produce monthly, quarterly, and annual reports; facilitate recurring dashboard working groups and stakeholder meetings; identify opportunities to streamline data collection and workflows; document and test AI-enabled solutions for data summarization and process automation.
