Desktop Support & Data Analyst Intern

Salary: $55,000 - 65,000 per year
Requirements:
We require at least 1 year of desktop support experience. We prefer candidates who can commute to York, PA 17406. We require the ability to relocate to York, PA 17406 before starting work.
Responsibilities:
We provide desktop support and help troubleshoot IT issues across PCs and mobile devices. We triage incoming technical problems and work to resolve them quickly so operations stay on track. We document processes and keep records organized to support continuous improvement. We assist with ERP and SQL database reporting to help stakeholders make data-informed decisions. We support IT service delivery in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
