Preferred qualifications include experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power BI, Power Query, and Power Automate. Responsibilities:
We will rely on you to design and maintain executive dashboards and departmental KPI reporting. We expect you to build interactive Power BI dashboards and visualizations. You will develop SQL queries and reporting tools. You will analyze business trends and identify opportunities to improve performance. You will create automated reports for executive leadership and department managers. You will develop reporting across operations, finance, sales, service, inventory, and profitability. You will help management make better decisions through actionable business intelligence. You will become our internal expert on the Dealer Management System. You will optimize workflows and improve how we use existing software. You will create custom reports, queries, and data extracts. You will coordinate software upgrades and testing. You will work with software vendors to resolve issues and enhance functionality. You will maintain system documentation and business process records. You will identify repetitive tasks that can be automated. You will build workflows using Microsoft Power Platform tools. You will evaluate and implement AI solutions where appropriate. You will reduce manual work through automation and process redesign. You will standardize and document business procedures. You will serve as the primary liaison with our Managed IT Service Provider. You will coordinate technology projects and software implementations. You will administer Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and other business applications. You will manage VoIP phone system administration, user setup, call routing, and automated attendants. You will coordinate user onboarding and offboarding across business systems. You will manage software licensing and technology vendors. You will research and recommend technology solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, or enhance the customer experience. You will train employees on business applications and technology. You will develop user guides and documentation. You will help departments improve technology adoption. You will support employees with business systems and reporting tools. You will promote best practices and continuous improvement across the organization.
