Platform & Governance Lead Architect, ServiceNow
Salary: $98,614 - 202,850 per year
Requirements:
We are looking for 8+ years of experience implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions. We require hands-on experience implementing at least two of the following: HRSD, ITSM, Discovery, Service Mapping, or Software/Hardware Asset Management. We require a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification. We require a ServiceNow Certified Master Architect certification. We require an active Top Secret Clearance. Candidates must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and perform all work in the U.S. Preferred qualifications include ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification. Preferred experience includes Integration Hub, REST API, and custom integration scripting. We value broad experience across the ServiceNow platform and familiarity with commonly integrated third-party technologies. Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, GlideScript, and other relevant languages are preferred. Experience designing and leading complex solutions and integrations is preferred. We are seeking someone with deep understanding of system architecture and design principles, able to build scalable, resilient, and maintainable solutions. We are looking for a proven technical leader who thrives on new challenges and growth opportunities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are important. Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, presentation, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills are preferred. Deep knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and industry trends is desired.
Responsibilities:
We design and architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions that align with client needs and industry best practices. We provide expert guidance on ServiceNow capabilities, customization options, and implementation approaches. We lead solution design efforts, identify risks, and resolve technical challenges. We support delivery teams by providing technical oversight and ensuring designs are implemented accurately. We make sure solutions follow ICF and ServiceNow standards and processes. We oversee integrations between ServiceNow and other systems to enable seamless workflows and business process automation. We ensure data consistency and integrity across connected platforms. We analyze solution performance and drive optimizations to improve efficiency and responsiveness. We design quality assurance plans and verify that technical deliverables meet quality expectations. We partner with project managers to keep work within scope and on schedule. We communicate project progress with practice leadership and clients. We support deployment registrations to help maintain ServiceNow partner status. We design security plans and ensure solutions meet security and compliance requirements. We collaborate with security teams to implement safeguards and maintain a secure environment. We produce technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and implementation guidance. We contribute to the knowledge base and lead knowledge-sharing sessions across the practice. We stay current on ServiceNow developments, integrated technologies, tools, and industry trends. We build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and high-quality delivery. We mentor and coach ServiceNow talent, helping shape career paths and growth plans. We strengthen strategic relationships between ICF, ServiceNow, and our clients. We help drive business growth by building client roadmaps and identifying new opportunities for services and license sales. We present technical solutions to prospective clients in a clear and accessible way. We collaborate with proposal teams to create compelling proposals and oral presentations.
