Requirements:
5+ years of technical product or program management experience 7+ years of direct experience working with engineering teams 3+ years of software development experience 5+ years of technical program management experience partnering directly with software engineering teams Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules Experience managing projects across cross-functional groups, building durable processes, and coordinating release timelines Experience defining KPIs and SLAs used to support multi-million-dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership Experience identifying opportunities to integrate AI solutions into products and services to create business value
Responsibilities:
Drive the integration of GenAI capabilities into existing workflow solutions while maintaining quality and accuracy standards Understand the architecture of the systems we work with, including workflows, APIs, design constraints, and maintenance needs Develop project plans, set milestones, establish operating mechanisms, and assemble the right contributors to solve technical challenges and deliver successfully Coordinate with leaders and stakeholders across Tech, Business, and Operations to support data-driven decisions and alignment Investigate technical blockers in depth and partner with development teams to remove impediments or find a resolution path Create technical design documents, influence technical priorities, and apply project management best practices to improve program impact Communicate ideas clearly in both written and verbal formats to diverse audiences Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration so stakeholders remain informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle Lead API integration and automation efforts, ensuring team alignment and timely delivery while working with service owners and engineers to resolve issues Handle contentious issues, drive escalations, identify and mitigate delivery risks, and provide regular status updates Clarify ambiguous problems and negotiate effective technical solutions between development and business teams Anticipate bottlenecks, escalate when necessary, and ensure on-time delivery across key investment themes Build mechanisms to gather input from customers, stakeholders, and leaders, and continuously improve team velocity

Our team has spent the last seven years building guided experiences used by Selling Partners and Support Associates, operating across 21 marketplaces and 34 languages, and helping reduce seller contacts through automation while improving production quality and efficiency. Over the next three years, we are rethinking which solutions we should build, transitioning some experiences to upstream teams, deprecating legacy tools, and creating GenAI-based solution-building capabilities.
