Sr Flutter Developer Full Time On Site

Our app is going to be the ultimate platform for creatives to build their job-based portfolios and network with the right people to take their careers to the next level. ## Responsibilities - Work closely with the founder and tech team to develop and implement technology products - Provide technical expertise and guidance on product design, engineering, and implementation - Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and make recommendations for incorporating them into our products - Contribute to the development of technology roadmaps and product vision - Communicate complex technical concepts to cross-functional teams in a clear and concise manner ## Requirements - 8+ years of experience in software development, engineering, or a related field - Strong technical skills and expertise in current technologies and trends - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to think strategically and make recommendations on product direction - Passion for technology and innovation ## Must have requirements - Strong knowledge of Flutter and React framework, its architecture, and best practices. - Experience with building complex and scalable applications for both iOS and Android. - Knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.js. - Experience with Redux or MobX for state management. - Familiarity with REST APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets. - Experience with integrating with native modules and APIs (e.g. camera, maps, etc.). - Strong experience with Git and continuous integration/deployment. - Experience with unit testing and end-to-end testing. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools. - Good understanding of cross-platform compatibility issues and workarounds. - Experience in mentoring and leading a team of junior developers. - Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team. - Proficiency in back-end programming languages like Node.js, Ruby on Rails, Django or similar. - Good understanding of database systems, such as MySQL, MongoDB, and Cassandra. - Familiarity with server-side frameworks and RESTful API design. - Experience with Git and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. - Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. - Good understanding of security principles and how to apply them to a web application. - Understanding of agile development methodologies. - Ability to work well in a team, collaborate with stakeholders, and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical team members.
