Responsibilities
Build, update, and analyze CPM schedules including critical path, near-critical path, float, and logic quality. Create short-term execution plans, lookaheads, recovery schedules, and forecast updates. Combine inputs from contractors, suppliers, manufacturing, and logistics into a unified controls view. Validate schedule assumptions and readiness conditions through direct field engagement. Prepare executive dashboards and KPI summaries to convert schedule data into decision-ready insight. Maintain data integrity across schedules, risk registers, and dependency trackers. Identify and escalate schedule risks, dependencies, and procurement issues before they affect milestones. Mentor schedulers and project team members on scheduling discipline and reporting. Establish schedule standards, coding structures, and governance practices.
