Create and maintain owner controlled integrated master schedules; Develop detailed work breakdown structures (WBS); Integrate timelines with supply chain and procurement teams; Coordinate resource allocation for labor, equipment, and materials; Forecast major milestones and identify bottlenecks; Identify and monitor critical path activities; Link cost baselines to planned milestones using Earned Value Management; Measure progress with Schedule Performance Index (SPI); Identify scheduling risks and develop contingency plans; Evaluate impact of scope changes on schedules; Generate regular reports (Gantt charts, milestone reports) for stakeholders; Own and oversee the implementation of Generative Scheduling tools.
