Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules covering design through commissioning; Conduct weekly schedule reviews and monthly submissions; Validate GC schedule updates against field progress via site walks; Analyze schedule performance including critical path, float consumption, and variance trends; Identify and document schedule risks, blockers, and potential delays; Review and support validation of Time Impact Analyses and EOT requests; Develop recovery schedule options and mitigation scenarios; Produce weekly and monthly schedule reports with variance root cause and mitigation actions; Facilitate collaborative planning sessions with GC and site teams; Escalate risks and schedule quality issues to leadership
