Service Desk Support Specialist - Bilingual

Salary: $45,000 - 55,000 per year
Requirements:
We require fluency in reading and writing English and Portuguese. We need you to be willing to work onsite in Carson, CA. We require at least 1 year of IT experience. We need occasional travel availability. We prefer technical call center experience, including answering calls and creating tickets. We look for Windows OS, hardware, and software support knowledge. We value strong troubleshooting skills for Windows environments. Experience with Active Directory administration, Microsoft Exchange administration, and Microsoft Teams administration is important. Familiarity with collaboration tools and terms such as video conferencing is beneficial. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage. Support experience with Microsoft Office 365, including Teams and Teams Rooms, is preferred. Basic user-level knowledge of iOS and macOS is helpful. We prefer candidates with 1 year of service desk experience, 1 year of Microsoft support experience, and 2 years of technical support experience. We also require French language skills. A strong desire to deliver excellent customer service is essential.
Responsibilities:
We answer calls and e-tickets in English and Portuguese within our service targets. We provide troubleshooting and training for specific technologies. We represent our brand and the companies we support professionally. We communicate with clients by email, chat, and phone while documenting detailed incident information in our ticketing system. We work with other internal teams to deliver smooth global service for collaboration technology integration and deployment. We complete all training courses and modules within the required timeframes. We support external services and events. We deliver training sessions remotely and onsite. We handle additional duties as assigned.
