Own and deliver the Master Test Strategy aligned to Infor implementation methodology; Lead SIT, End-to-End, Regression, Performance and UAT cycles; Validate complex tariff structures, pricing rules, billing calculations and adjustments; Oversee meter-to-cash process validation including meter reads ingestion, billing runs, adjustments & rebills, payment allocations, and debt management workflows; Manage test data strategy and reconciliation frameworks; Govern defect lifecycle and reporting across multiple streams; Coordinate testing across Infor modules and integrated systems; Support cutover, dress rehearsals and hypercare validation
