Support Application Engineers and customers with integration, configuration, and debugging of interface solutions on the proFPGA CS platform; Enable and troubleshoot PCIe, Ethernet, flash, and other extension boards connected to Xilinx VP1902 FPGAs; Configure and debug Xilinx IP to ensure seamless integration with extension boards; Drive the adoption of prototyping technologies by providing hands-on technical expertise and working directly with customers; Partner with the sales team to support business growth and identify new opportunities; Collaborate with R&D teams by providing customer feedback and contributing ideas for product enhancements; Develop and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions on new features and product updates; Communicate customer requirements and market feedback to Product Marketing to influence future product direction; Independently manage complex projects with minimal supervision, exercising sound technical judgment and decision-making
