Operate production and packing equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures, Ensure all products are manufactured and packed to specification and quality standards, Follow all Health & Safety procedures and safe working practices, Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements and maintain clean and tidy work areas at all times, Carry out product quality checks and promptly report any issues, Support the achievement of daily production targets and KPIs, Ensure accurate completion of production records and documentation, Assist with changeovers, line set-up, and cleaning activities as required, Report equipment faults or concerns to the appropriate team members, Work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth production operations, Support continuous improvement initiatives across the production area
