Responsibilities
Manage team of Data Collection Driving Operations field resources, drive day-to-day operations following standard operating procedures, conduct periodic reviews with teams and Program Managers, facilitate team meetings, collaborate on workload management and logistics, provide SME advice on regional issues, strengthen relationships with internal/external customers and vendors, participate in business review meetings, gather and analyze reporting details, provide status reports, support special projects including invoice verification, work with teams on resource planning, assist in creating/maintaining resource forecasts, ensure adherence to quality, safety, and financial controls, identify and monitor performance trends, ensure SLA targets and customer satisfaction, provide service assurance support, drive service improvement programs, ensure RCA contains proper analysis and corrective actions, escalate issues as needed.
