Job Overview:
The ENS Institute of Biology (IBENS) is a basic research center that conducts original research aimed at unraveling the fundamental mechanisms underlying biological processes. As a joint ENS-CNRS-INSERM unit, IBENS is home to more than 300 researchers organized into 30 independent teams conducting highly collaborative and multidisciplinary research that combines experimental and theoretical approaches. Research activities span a variety of fields: neuroscience, developmental biology, functional genomics, ecology, and evolutionary biology. Several technological platforms, notably in imaging, genomics, protein engineering, and bioinformatics, are available to researchers.
Responsibilities:
- Experimental and computational work related to dissecting RNA regulatory mechanisms.
- Designing experimental and computational tasks related to RNA processing.
- Taking part in scientific conferences.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Education Level: PhD or equivalent.
- Research Experience: 1 - 4 years.
- Research Field: Environmental science (including Earth science and Global change).
- Skills: Cell culture, molecular biology and biochemistry, evolutionary analysis.
- Languages: French (Basic level).
