Resolve local IT issues across hardware, OS, and meeting-room systems; support Forward Deployed Engineer deployments with secure laptops and air-gapped workstations; manage facility security program including physical access control and secure-room build-out; coordinate national security clearance applications and maintain cleared-personnel registers; run security on-boarding and off-boarding for employees and visitors; translate global cyber baseline into local controls and lead incident-response coordination; vet and onboard local vendors against security standards; serve as named security interface to Portuguese Air Force, GNS/ANS, and NATO
