Lead technically the most complex industrial refrigeration projects through design, build coordination and commissioning; Act as Technical Authority across the portfolio providing design reviews, risk assessments, and approvals/waivers; Support project engineers and project managers with practical field know-how; Provide operational escalation support for diagnosing and resolving complex plant issues; Mentor and coach younger colleagues through reviews and training; Represent the company in technical discussions with customers, contractors, and vendors
