Responsibilities
Perform second-level reviews to confirm JC Focal classification determinations; Work with Engineering and Product Development to address classification issues; Review technical documentation to understand design intent and function; Participate in NPI process to increase exportability; Prepare analysis explaining electro-mechanical components and software protocols; Monitor applicable regulations and lead efforts to implement holds or license updates; Develop, implement, and train on JC processes; Maintain and update local JC policies; Draft and submit JC determination requests to US Department of State or BIS; Assist with trade compliance investigations; Conduct periodic audits and self-audits; Provide periodic reporting and metrics of JC data.
