Responsibilities
Set and execute the overall vision and strategy for coaching a cohort of CMs aligned to the universal program model. Coach and develop corps members across multiple Mid-Atlantic Hub regions. Lead the development and cultivation of strong school partnerships across all cohort placements. Collaboratively set and lead the overall vision and strategy for teacher leadership group experiences. Monitor progress towards outcomes and evolve strategy based on data. Provide flexible leadership development capacity across the Hub by supporting specific or cross-regional initiatives.
