Review daily cash files and identify incoming customer receipts; Match cash receipts against open invoices for various revenue fee streams; Investigate and resolve unapplied or unidentified cash transactions; Prepare and post accounting entries related to cash receipts, revenue, and adjustments; Support month-end close activities relating to cash; Generate and distribute invoices for various fee streams; Maintain invoice schedules and monitor timely billing; Process credit notes and billing adjustments; Gain understanding of various VAT laws across different regions; Support e-invoicing processes across multiple jurisdictions; Ensure invoices meet local statutory requirements; Coordinate with internal tax, accounting, and technology teams to resolve e-invoicing exceptions; Support Balance Sheet reconciliations, audit requests, and adhoc projects.
