Responsibilities
Own and execute North America delivery strategy from pre-construction handoff through commissioning; Lead and develop a high-performing regional delivery team; Establish and refine delivery governance, processes, and reporting standards; Maintain accountability for regional CAPEX performance including budgeting and forecasting; Oversee regional contractor and vendor strategies; Drive execution excellence with Design teams on CSA and MEP programs; Identify and mitigate program-level risks including schedule, supply chain, and permitting constraints; Act as senior Delivery interface for customers and strategic partners.
