Document Controller

## About the role Lead coordination and governance across projects, including owner/architect/contractor meetings, vendor engagement, and advocacy for a security‑first, safety‑first mindset throughout planning and execution. Manage end‑to‑end project execution for data center construction and integration initiatives, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and security priorities. Apply strong financial and technical acumen to identify cost‑effective solutions, evaluate risks, review designs, and support data‑driven decision‑making for senior leaders and project teams. Track performance and mitigate risk by reporting on KPIs, budgets, invoices, and progress, while developing dashboards, metrics, and mitigation plans to drive accountability. Oversee resource and vendor management, including resourcing needs, RFPs, compliance, contractor performance, audits, and adherence to regulatory, safety, and security standards. ## Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years related experience OR equivalent experience. - Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field AND 6+ years related experience OR equivalent experience. - 5+ years experience working on data center projects.
