Responsibilities
Manage daily facility operations including maintenance, engineering, life safety, janitorial, and site services; Oversee preventive, predictive, corrective, and reactive maintenance programs; Coordinate and supervise contracted services (janitorial, landscaping, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security, pest control); Monitor vendor performance and verify service delivery against SLAs; Respond to client, tenant, and occupant requests; Conduct routine facility inspections; Manage work order activities and facility service requests; Maintain accurate site documentation and compliance logs; Ensure compliance with safety regulations and policies; Lead safety meetings, audits, and emergency preparedness activities; Develop and manage site operating budgets; Review and approve facility-related purchase orders and invoices; Assist with capital planning initiatives; Collect, analyze, and report operational and financial performance metrics; Lead, coach, and develop onsite maintenance staff; Maintain positive working relationships with clients, occupants, vendors, and internal stakeholders
